Paul van Haver, better known as Stromae [stromaj] (born March 12, 1985 in Brussels) is a singer-songwriter of Belgian-Rwandan origin. He's distinguished himself in both hip-hop and electronic music. He became famous with the song "Alors on danse" which remained number one for several weeks in many countries.
